Welcome! I'm Justin, owner of Schwalbs Photography. I'm a luxury portrait and wedding photographer based in Connecticut but serving couples in Newport, Rhode Island, New York, Boston, and romantic destinations around the globe.
I specialize in editorial style and fine art, film wedding photography for couples who are planning a wedding as one-of-a-kind as their love story and portraits for graduates who want to remember exactly who they were at this momentous, life-changing moment in their lives.

My love of photography started back in high school and has only grown since then. When I was first getting started, I shadowed a photographer I knew to learn all about posing and lighting, and I eventually became her second shooter.
I moved from second-shooting mitzvahs to booking my own weddings, and Schwalbs Photography was born! Through my years of photography experience, I’ve seen a lot – and I love the confidence and energy I feel the moment I have a camera in my hands.
After all these years, there’s still no better feeling than seeing the joy and excitement on my clients’ faces when I deliver their gallery. It’s a beautiful thing to give people timeless memories that they’ll treasure and pass down to their children, grandchildren, and future generations.
