Chris & Linda are a Connecticut couple who chose to have a destination wedding in stunning Santa Rosa, California. I was honored to travel with them to Santa Rosa, California to capture this sweet couple's engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day.

As a destination wedding photographer, I love following my couples wherever love takes them. So, when Linda and Chris first told me they were planning a California destination wedding, I was thrilled! It’s a huge honor to be asked to travel the world to capture the most magical day in a couple’s life. To be asked to capture three events across the country was beyond humbling. Of course, I said yes. As soon as we made it official we started planning.
From Connecticut to California
A Picturesque Engagement Session in Santa Rosa
We planned the couples’ engagement session for sunset to get the best lighting. Linda wore a beautiful, red Cheongsam Qipao dress that popped in golden rays. Chris wore a complimentary blue button-down. We found a quiet spot, tucked in a field with the Santa Rosa mountains in the background. It was the definition of magic hour. The images came out lovely and the couple could not look more in love if they tried!
The Destination Wedding
Linda and Chris were married at a beautiful venue in Santa Rosa, CA. They said their wedding vows among the beautiful California mountains, with friends and family there to celebrate. It was an elegant wedding with pops of color in the bride’s bouquet, the bridal party, and the groomsmen. Everyone was all smiles from the ceremony to the reception.
I could not have asked for a more perfect day for this sweet couple, and I wish them the best of luck in their new life together.
